Speaking of Ruth, be sure to check out her Chrimslech recipe for your passover brunch this weekend! You can watch the video here. Another great passover-friendly recipe is Evette’s Massafan (Star Cookies). These are very simple to make and a big hit. Video coming soon!
Lastly we are finalizing details for our Mimouna event next week. The first annual Mile-End Mimouna Hop will take place on Sunday, April 7th, between 5 and 7 our gracious volunteers will open up their homes and serve up delicious traditional Moroccan sweets. Then at 7, everyone is invited to meet up at La Khaima for Moroccan food, music, henna and other activities. The event is free and BYOB.
