Gilberte’s Salade Cuite “Express”
SALADE CUITE

- 2 cans of diced tomatoes
- 3 green peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- garlic (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
Method:
- Heat the oil in a pan
- Fry the garlic till golden, and add the peppers
- Add the tomato cans with the juice
- Salt with moderation
- Let it simmer at low heat for 30 mins, or until all the liquid is reduced
